Earlier this month AOC signed two new distribution agreements, respectively with Suka Chemicals in Malaysia and with Yokohama Chemicals Corporation (Yokohama Kasei) in Japan. Both companies are well established players in their local markets and will be distributing the full AOC product portfolio.
At two official signing ceremonies at AOC’s Regional Headquarters in Nanjing (China), Bert Bakker (CEO of AOC), Fons Harbers (Marketing & Sales Director of AOC), H. A. Khoo (Managing Director of Suka Chemicals), and Kita Hidemi (Assistant Manager of Yokohama Chemicals Corporation) put their signatures under the Distribution Agreement. Both companies will be distributing the full formulations portfolio of AOC, as well as the gelcoats and bonding pastes manufactured by AOC in China.
