Product description

Synolite™ 4600-P-1 is a versatile formulation made from recycled PET feedstock, for Hand lay-up and Spray-up transformation processes.

The product is used for producing high-performance structural laminates for multiple applications and end uses (including Marine).

Major Applications

Synolite™ 4600-P-1 has been especially developed for manufacturing high performance constructional laminates used in Marine, Industral and Building & Construction markets.

Synolite™ 4600-P-1 combines good mechanical properties with optimal processability. The formulation shows very good fiber wetting and impregnation properties. Thick laminates can be made in one go, because of the low exothermic heat development, good through cure and relatively low shrinkage.

An optimized LSE system has been developed to get excellent Low Styrene Emission. A color change system is present for the benefit of spray-up applications. Synolite™ 4600-P-1 can be used both with powder and emulsion bound mats.
