Product description
Palatal® P 42-02 is a green formulation from AOC, manufactured from recycled PET flakes (rPET content 22 to 23%).
The product is used for making pipes through filament winding and centrifugal casting processes.
Parts are mostly stronger and more durable than equivalent parts made from Orthophthalic and DCPD resins.
Major applications
F421-BBC-00 resin is a highly versatile resin used in filament winding and centrifugal casting transformation processes. The resin is easy to process for making different types of water pipes.
Pipes made from F421-BBC-00 resin are broadly used for making sewer systems, waste water, and irrigation networks.
Certifications and Approvals
Reaction resin moldings made from the F421-B Series conform to Group 1B according to EN 13121-1, to Group 1 according to DIN 18820/1, and to Type 1140 according to DIN 16946/2.
