Palatal® P 42-01

Palatal® P 42-01 is a green formulation from AOC, manufactured from recycled PET flakes (rPET content ~21%). 

The product is used for making panels in continuous lamination processes, pipes through filament winding, and for a broad variety of pultruded components.

Parts are mostly stronger and more durable than equivalent parts made from Orthophthalic and DCPD resins.

Palatal® P 42-01 is a highly versatile product used in continuous lamination, pultrusion, filament winding, and centrifugal casting transformation processes. The formulation is easy to process for making different types of panels, water pipes, profiles, and sheets.

Parts made with Palatal® P 42-01 can be used for making wall panels for light trucks and caravans, sewer systems, waste water, and irrigation networks, and for construction components.

Reaction resin moldings made from Palatal® P 42-01 conform to Group 1B according to EN 13121-1, to Group 1 according to DIN 18820/1, and to Type 1140 according to DIN 16946/2.
