AOC Aliancys Announces Changes to its European Distribution Set-Up
21 February 2020AOC ANNOUNCES THAT PER 3 MARCH 2020, IT WILL CHANGE THE SET-UP OF THE EUROPEAN DISTRIBUTION NETWORK FOR ITS UNSATURATED POLYESTER AND VINYL ESTER RESINS. THE COMPANY ANNOUNCES THAT BÜFA COMPOSITE SYSTEMS WILL BECOME THE EXCLUSIVE DISTRIBUTOR OF AOC PRODUCTS IN THE UK, SPAIN, THE BENELUX, AND FINLAND. GACHES CHIMIE SPÉCIALITÉS WILL BECOME THE EXCLUSIVE DISTRIBUTOR IN FRANCE. FOR NORWAY AND SWEDEN, NOR-KOMP WILL BE THE EXCLUSIVE AGENT FOR AOC PRODUCTS. IN ITALY, AOC ITSELF WILL DO THE DISTRIBUTION FOR ITS PRODUCTS.
In the UK, the change in distribution set-up coincides with the transfer of AOC (UK) Ltd. from AOC to BÜFA. The new BÜFA Composite UK company will be the distributor of both the AOC and BÜFA Composite Systems.
Besides distributing its own products in Italy, AOC will also become the distributor of the products from BÜFA Composite Systems.
