TODAY, AOC ANNOUNCES THAT MR. BERT BAKKER HAS STEPPED DOWN AS REGIONAL CEO IN ORDER TO PURSUE OTHER OPPORTUNITIES.
Bert Bakker joined the predecessor of AOC in September 2008, working from the Netherlands and Switzerland. He significantly contributed to the development of AOC to where it stands today: a leading global supplier of resins, gelcoats, colorants and additives for the composites industry.
Bert Bakker commented: “My resignation was not an easy decision, and I will miss the dedicated employees of this flourishing company that make AOC such a pleasant and exciting environment to work in. This team has made it possible to accomplish objectives we did not consider possible and I have had the opportunity to be part of the successes we have had together. I believe it is now time for a personal change to pursue other opportunities. I am thankful to AOC and its employees for this incredible journey.”
