AOC’s Vipel F010-H2O Series formulations are NSF/ANSI 61 certified for use in commercial and domestic potable water systems as a protective barrier material. Vipel F010-H2O Series formulations can be cured using MEKP or BPO systems. When the product is used as directed, the fabricator does not need to perform additional testing to manufacture an NSF/ANSI 61-compliant coating.

Suitable for Sodium Hypochlorite. When cured with BPO, Vipel F010-H2O is also suitable for sodium hypochlorite (chlorine bleach) containment. Sodium hypochlorite is a widely accepted water purification chemical that is very aggressive to most metals and many polymeric materials. The use of coatings that are not formulated for sodium hypochlorite containment will reduce the service life of the equipment.
Corrosion Resistant. Vipel F010-H2O series formulations are highly resistant to hydrogen peroxide, alkalis, and perform well in various stages of hypochlorite and chlorine production.
